Your data, briefly.

The short version

tpmtgames.com does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, has no accounts, comments or forms, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers: its fonts, pictures and scripts all come from the site itself. We collect nothing about you.

The controller of the little that is processed is Daniel L. Seidler, Denmark, for TPMT Games. Contact: ThePostModernTruth@gmail.com.

Hosting

The site is served by Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the request. We keep no logs of our own and do not look at who visits. Vercel is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Details: Vercel’s privacy notice. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you write to us

If you email us, we receive your address and what you write, and use it only to answer you and, if needed, to follow up. We keep emails as long as the conversation or a business reason needs them, and delete them on request. We do not add anyone to a mailing list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Since we hold almost nothing about you, most requests are quick: write to ThePostModernTruth@gmail.com. For data processed by Vercel you can also contact Vercel directly.

You can complain to a data protection authority. In Denmark that is Datatilsynet; you can also use the authority where you live.

Other sites

Links to our game’s website and others leave this site. Each has its own privacy notice: Halden: The Cordon says exactly what it keeps. The game’s account is a separate service with its own terms.

Changes

If this changes, for example when we add analytics or a newsletter, this page changes first and the date above with it.
