Who runs this site

tpmtgames.com is published by TPMT Games, the games label of ThePostModernTruth, run by Daniel L. Seidler, Denmark.

TPMT Games is not yet a registered company: until it is, the site is run by Daniel L. Seidler personally. This page will carry the company’s registration number (CVR) and address as soon as they exist.

Email: ThePostModernTruth@gmail.com. We answer in English or Danish. How we handle personal data is on the privacy page; how accessible the site is, on the accessibility page.

Using this site

The text, pictures, logos and film on this site belong to TPMT Games or ThePostModernTruth unless it says otherwise. You are welcome to look, link to any page and share the link.

  • Writing about us or our games? The press page has the logo, a boilerplate and the game’s press kit; you may use them freely to write about, review or stream our games. A link back is appreciated.
  • Please do not copy the site or its contents to sell them, pass them off as your own, or make it look as if we endorse something we do not. If you want to use something in a way not covered here, ask: we usually say yes.
  • This site has no accounts, comments or forms. Anything you send us goes by email.

Links to other sites (our game’s website, the band’s site, Steam when it is open) are there to help; we are not responsible for what those sites say or do.

Reporting something

This site does not host content from visitors. If you believe something on it, or in our games, is illegal or harmful, email ThePostModernTruth@gmail.com with “Report” in the subject. Say what it is, where you saw it, and why you think it is illegal or against the rules. Your name and email are optional, but we can only tell you what we decided if you give us an address.

This address is also our single point of contact under the EU Digital Services Act, for authorities in the EU, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and for people who use our services, in English or Danish. The game’s own online service has its notice route on its legal page.

Liability and law

We take care that what this site says is true and current, but it is provided as it is, and our games are still in development: features, dates and plans can change. Nothing here is an offer of a product for sale.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the consumer law where you live. Write to us first if something goes wrong.

Licences

This site is built with Astro and set in fonts released under the SIL Open Font License, self-hosted so that no request leaves your browser for them:

  • Instrument Serif, by Instrument
  • Barlow Condensed, by Jeremy Tribby
  • Inter, by Rasmus Andersson

The pictures from Halden: The Cordon are the game’s own and belong to TPMT Games. This website was built with AI, directed by one person; the studio page says what AI made and what people made.
